尋找 PHP4

此模組會尋找是否已安裝 PHP4，並判斷 include 檔案和程式庫的位置。它也會判斷程式庫的名稱。此程式碼會設定下列變數

PHP4_INCLUDE_PATH       = path to where php.h can be found
PHP4_EXECUTABLE         = full path to the php4 binary
