尋找 Pike

此模組會尋找 PIKE 是否已安裝，並確定 include 檔案和程式庫的位置。它也會確定程式庫的名稱。此程式碼設定以下變數

PIKE_INCLUDE_PATH       = path to where program.h is found
PIKE_EXECUTABLE         = full path to the pike binary
